Estimated delivery times for orders are as follows:

  • Delivery times may vary based on your location, courier availability, and unforeseen circumstances.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping fees will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Standard Shipping: Free Shipping.
  • Any additional charges, such as taxes or customs fees for international orders, are the responsibility of the customer.

4. Delivery Issues

If your order is lost, delayed, or arrives damaged, please contact us at support@pharmalief.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date.

  • We will work with the courier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
  • In cases of damage, please include photos of the package and the damaged item.

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you can easily track its status on our Track Order page. Simply enter your order number and email address to view the latest updates on your shipment.
 

6. Incorrect Shipping Information

Pharmalief™ is not responsible for delays or lost packages resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer. Please double-check your address at checkout.

7. International Shipping

We currently offer international shipping to select countries.

  • Delivery times for international orders may be longer due to customs processing.
  • Customs duties, taxes, and additional fees are the responsibility of the customer.

8. Non-Deliverable Orders

If an order is returned to us as non-deliverable due to incorrect address, refusal to pay customs fees, or unclaimed delivery, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping charges to re-send the package.
